Not only that but of course the Taliban has a website named after the "Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan," the governmental institution through which the Taliban ruled Afghanistan from 1996 until 2001.Though the Taliban once held an unfavorable view of electronic communications, it seems the organization's perspective has radically shifted. There are 30 million people living in Afghanistan and 12 million cell phones.
So if you want to keep up with Taliban then you need to get yourself a Twitter account.
